It is difficult to call this material as the film, it is more similar to the indictment which is captured on a film. Testimonies of the victims, shootings from places of crimes, the analysis of motives, stories of eyewitnesses and results of numerous expert reports. The basis of the film was formed by the researches begun by professor Sigvard Horst Günter which concerned application in the military conflicts of shells with the grown poor uranium. Cancer tumors, mutations, congenital defects – Günter was sure that all this was connected with the «silver bullets» used by Americans and their allies in NATO. These researches, seemed to be doomed to become a world sensation, to change understanding of people about modern war and ways of its making…
